CharityGame Participation Terms

1. Offer Overview

This document is an official public offer (“Offer”) from the charitable organization “City of Heroes Okhtyrka” Foundation (“Foundation”) regarding participation in the CharityGame. Acceptance of this Offer constitutes full and unconditional agreement, equivalent to entering into a contract.

2. Participation Terms

• Participants (individuals or legal entities) make charitable contributions by purchasing a CharityGame card.
• Card prices vary by game stream: 100 UAH, 500 UAH, or 1000 UAH.
• Card type (donor, earning, or mixed) is selected before payment and cannot be changed.
• Participants may own multiple cards across different streams.

3. Fund Allocation

• 50% of each card’s value goes to the Foundation’s charitable programs.
• The remaining 50% is distributed among other participants according to game rules and card tree structure.
• For donor cards, the participant’s share is redirected to the Foundation.

4. Payouts and Material Assistance

• Payouts are provided solely as material assistance.
• Withdrawals require email confirmation and a 24-hour delay.
• The Foundation may adjust payout timelines in case of force majeure.

5. Rights and Responsibilities

Participant Rights:

• Access to personal dashboard and card statistics.
• Choice of charitable programs to support.
• Participation in daily, weekly, and monthly draws.

Foundation Rights:

• Modify CharityGame terms within legal boundaries.
• Publish statistics on donation usage.
• Block accounts for rule violations.

6. Liability

• Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their provided data.
• The Foundation does not guarantee material assistance for every participant—it depends on game rules and participant activity.
• All contributions are charitable and non-refundable.

7. Final Provisions

• This Offer is valid indefinitely until revoked by the Foundation.
• Unregulated matters are governed by Ukrainian law.
• Acceptance of the Offer confirms agreement with all its terms.
